Abiye ve özel gün kıyafetlerinde sadece beden değişimi yapılmaktadır .

Ürünün size ulaşması amacıyla ödediğiniz kargo ücreti ve kapıda ödemeli siparişlerinizde tahsil edilen kapıda ödeme hizmet bedeli iade edilmemektedir.

Etiketi koparılmış, kullanılmış, tekrar satışa sunulmayacak şekilde zarar görmüş ürünlerin değişim ve iade işlemi gerçekleştirilmemektedir.

İade edilecek ürünü iade kargosu ile birlikte yurtiçi kargoya teslim ( 403074222 ) kodu ile vermeniz yeterlidir. İade adresi bu kodu söylediğinizden adres bilgisi belirtmeniz gerekmemektedir.

Değişim/ İade kargonuzu başka bir kargo firması ile göndermek isterseniz kargo ücretini karşılamanız gerekmektedir.
